Open a client from Client Management → Clients. The header has Open Site in Mount Olympus (straight into their Mount Olympus site, or a list to pick from when they have more than one), Delete and Save Changes. A client with no site has Build a site there instead: it opens the same choices as Websites → New site and Import (Blank, From template, Create with Zeus, Import a site, Import a design and, for owners and admins, Restore from backup) with this client already chosen, so you skip picking the client. Underneath are six main tabs — Zeus, Client, SEO, Local, Content and Ads & Analytics — each with its own sub-tabs that scroll sideways on smaller screens. Opening a client always lands you on Zeus first. The address bar remembers both the main tab and its sub-tab, so you can bookmark or share the exact one — old links from before this tabs were regrouped still work too.
Zeus
Everything Zeus found for this client, as edicts, decrees and omens. Filter by New, In Progress, Executed or Defied. This is the tab a client opens on.
Client
- Details: the business's own information (see Add a client) — Business Core, Business Messaging, About, Social Links, Services (up to 20), Additional Content, Business extras (the client's offer, price list, menu, OpenTable ID, Google Calendar, events and RSS feed that Zeus fills website widgets from) and Contact Information — plus the Brand voice Zeus built and the client's Status.
- Settings: everything about how you work with this client, top to bottom (see Client → Settings below).
- Media: the client's photos and folders, and their image upload link. Every photo shows its upload date, and photos the client sent since you last looked are marked New (the tab shows how many).
SEO
- Keywords: tracked keywords, organic rankings and local map rankings.
- Site SEO: only shown when the client has a Mount Olympus site. Shortcuts into the site's SEO sections.
- Links: internal links on their site and backlinks pointing to it.
- Schema: the schema and FAQ audit for their pages. It needs a Mount Olympus site, so it's dimmed without one.
- Redirects: map old site URLs to the new site. See Redirects for a new site.
- AI Visibility: whether AI assistants name the business when people ask.
Local
- Business Profile (was "GBP Optimization"): with the Business Profile linked, the profile read live from Google, calls and clicks, Zeus's profile check with Apply to Google, every review with replies, and posts. Not linked: the public Google listing (labeled Public Google data) with Link Business Profile, Change to pick another listing, and Let Zeus Judge Your Profile. See How to set a client's Google Business Profile.
- Citations: directory listings and whether the name, address and phone match.
- Competitors: who they compete with, keyword gaps and competitor citations.
Content
- Strategy: planned blog articles. See Client strategy and blog ideas.
- Social: the client's social posts for the networks they use, as a list or a calendar. Zeus writes them from blog posts, pages and ideas (Zeus's Business Profile post drafts are here too). See Social posts.
- Press Releases: press releases Zeus writes from a short brief, with client approval if you want it, paid distribution or by hand, results (pickups), and publishing to the site newsroom. See Press releases.
Ads & Analytics
- Analytics: traffic from GA4 and search data from Search Console.
- Google Ads: Zeus Review, Build campaign, Performance, Search Terms, Ads, Assets and Settings for the client's Google Ads account.
Client → Settings
The cards on Client → Settings, in the order they appear:
- Generation Directions: Directions for Images and Directions for Text, the rules Zeus follows for this client. See Add a client → Generation Directions.
- Integrations: the client's webhooks, such as GoHighLevel. Saved as you go.
- Save Changes: saves Generation Directions. It's the same save as on Details, so unsaved changes on either tab are saved together.
- Google Business Profile: find, confirm or correct the client's own Business Profile. See How to set a client's Google Business Profile.
- Google Integrations: their website, Search Console, GA4, Google Ads and the linked Business Profile location.
- People: invite the client's people to your portal with Invite person, and choose what each person can do. See Invite client people and Client permissions.
- AI connections: AI assistants connected to this client. See Client MCP access.
- Client approvals: what this client approves before it goes out — Google Business Profile, blog posts, social posts and press releases. See Client approvals.
- Dashboard settings: tick what this client sees in their portal and their monthly email, then click Save dashboard settings. Reset to "…" layout defaults puts back the layout's choices. See Portal layouts and visibility.
- Portal settings & work items: the Olympus Client Portal card. Pick the Dashboard Layout and Work Item Display, and list the Work Done This Period your client sees.
Examples
- Client says their phone number changed: Client → Details, change Phone, Save Changes. Zeus uses the new number from then on.
- New team member at the client wants to approve posts: Client → Settings → People → Invite person.
- Checking a client's rankings before a call: SEO → Keywords, then Local → Business Profile for calls and reviews.
- Client is moving from their old site: SEO → Redirects to map old addresses before you publish.
Who can use it
- Anyone on your team with the Clients tool can open a client and sees every tab. Paid actions inside a tab show their credit cost before you run them.
- A team member limited to some clients can only open the clients assigned to them.
- Site SEO only shows when the client has a Mount Olympus site, and Schema is dimmed until they have one.
- Clients never see this page. They see your client portal instead.
Troubleshooting
- My changes disappeared: Details and Generation Directions only save when you click Save Changes. Leaving the page without it loses them. Other tabs save as you go.
- "Client not found": the client was deleted, or you're limited to other clients. Ask an Owner or Admin.
- There's no Site SEO tab / Schema is grayed out: the client has no Mount Olympus site yet. Click Build a site in the header.
- I see Build a site instead of Open Site in Mount Olympus: the client has no site yet (sites in Websites → Recently deleted don't count). Build one, or restore the deleted one.
- I see Open Site in Mount Olympus but expected Build a site: the client has a site, even an unpublished draft. Click it to open the draft, or check Websites for sites linked to this client.
Good to know
- Paid actions on any tab show their credit cost on the button before you run them.
- Client → Details changes are only saved when you click Save Changes. Other tabs save as you go.
