The Pantheon: your business app and your clients'

What The Pantheon is, which plans include it, how to switch it on for a client, and how your agency's own business fills itself from your clients and leads.

Updated October 21, 2026

The Pantheon is a business app. It's where a business keeps its contacts, the companies they belong to, tags, its own custom fields, notes, files and an Activity history of everything that happened with each person. It also has pipelines of opportunities (deals), tasks with reminders, automations and email sent as the business.

There are three places, with one login:

  • The agency dashboard (this app) is where you run your agency: sites, Zeus, reports, billing.
  • The Pantheon is where a business runs its day. It opens at /app, on your agency's client domain when you have one, with your logo and color.
  • The client portal stays as it is: reports, work done, approvals and reviews.

Who gets it

The Pantheon is part of the Growth and Agency plans. On Starter you see Upgrade to Growth to use The Pantheon instead of the app, and your clients' people see a neutral "not available" message (never anything about your billing). On Starter nothing is collected into The Pantheon: website forms only save their normal Form Responses, inbound webhooks refuse data, and your own business stops filling itself.

Your clients see it under the name you choose, with your logos and colors (see Brand the business app). The default name is Business Hub. "The Pantheon" is the name you see as the agency.

Businesses

Each business is one Pantheon account.

  • Your agency's own business is made the first time someone on your team opens The Pantheon. It's a normal CRM for your own sales.
  • Each client can have one business, switched on by you. A business belongs to exactly one client, and its contacts are never shared with or linked to any other client.

The business's name, logo, phone and address are read from the client record, so you only keep them up to date in one place. Deleting a client deletes its business.

Switch it on for a client

  1. Open the client and go to the Business app settings.
  2. Click Switch on. Nothing changes for the client until you do.
  3. Give the client's people a business role (see People, roles and switches).

From then on, new submissions from the client's Mount Olympus forms become contacts in that business. Past form submissions are not brought in. Switching the business app off hides it from the client's people; switching it back on brings everything back.

Moving between businesses

Open The Pantheon from the dashboard sidebar. To move between businesses, click the business name at the top (on a phone: More → Switch business). Type part of a client's name to search. Recent shows the last businesses you opened, then Your agency, then every client business you can reach. A team member limited to some clients only sees those clients' businesses. Switch on The Pantheon for another client takes you to your client list, where you open a client's Business app tab. Back to dashboard returns you here. People at a client business who only have their own business don't see the switcher.

When you open The Pantheon and can reach more than one business, a Choose a business page lists Your agency at the top, then your Clients by name. With more than 8 businesses there's a search box (Search by name).

Your own agency never gets a separate client business, even though My Agency is on your Clients list: My Agency's Business app tab says it's your own agency and links to your agency's own business, where its website dashboard shows in the Business Hub app.

Finding your way around

The Pantheon uses the full width of the screen, like the rest of the dashboard. The sections run along the top (Today, Conversations, Contacts, Opportunities, Tasks, Calendars, Calls, Automations, Companies, Settings); when they don't all fit, the row scrolls sideways and arrows show at the ends. On a phone the main sections are in the bar at the bottom and the rest under More.

Settings has a menu on the left, grouped: Business (Business, Business values, Notification defaults, Inbound webhook), Team, Contacts and deals (Custom fields, Tags, Pipelines), Messages (Email, Email templates, Saved replies, Phone & texting), Calendars (Calendars & booking) and You (My notifications, My integrations). Each person only sees the parts they're allowed to change. On a phone or tablet the menu is a Settings section list at the top.

Your agency's own business fills itself

You don't need to type your clients in:

  • each client becomes a company, with the client's email and phone as its main contact;
  • each client's portal people become contacts at that client's company;
  • a completed onboarding form shows on the client's main contact as Onboarding form completed;
  • every prospect tool lead becomes a contact, with an opportunity in your Prospects pipeline.

When your business is first made, your current clients and their portal people are added. Earlier prospect leads aren't.
