Your clients see The Pantheon as your own app. Settings → Business app branding sets how it looks, with a Preview as you go. Only agency owners and admins can change it; team members can look. It's part of the Growth and Agency plans (Starter sees "Upgrade to Growth to use The Pantheon").
Empty fields use your main branding (Settings → Branding), so you only fill in what should be different.
App name
What your clients call the app: in the header, the browser tab, emails and on their phone's home screen. The default is Business Hub.
Logos and icons
- Logo for light backgrounds: shown on white and light headers. PNG, SVG, JPG or WebP.
- Logo for dark backgrounds: shown on dark and main-color headers and in emails.
- Favicon: the small icon in the browser tab. ICO, PNG or SVG.
- App icon: a square PNG, at least 512 × 512 (1024 × 1024 is best). Used when someone adds the app to their phone's home screen, and for the phone app later.
Colors
- Main color: buttons, links and highlights.
- Accent color (optional): selected rows and soft highlights. A light shade of the main color is used otherwise.
- Phone splash color: the background when the phone app opens (the main color unless you choose another).
Header
Header look: Light, Dark or Main color.
Sign-in page
The business app's own sign-in page is at /app/login on your client domain (Open the sign-in page):
- layout Centered or Split (a brand side next to the form);
- background Plain, Main color or Photo (Upload a photo);
- a Headline (for example "Welcome back") and a Message (for example "Your leads, customers and tasks in one place").
Kept readable for you
- Text color is picked automatically: white or dark, whichever reads on the color behind it.
- A color that can't carry readable text (a bright yellow, say) gets a slightly deeper shade for buttons, and links get a darker shade so they read on the page.
- A logo only shows on its own ground: the light-background logo on a light header, the dark-background logo on a dark or main-color header. Without the right one, your app name shows instead; nothing is put on a plate or recolored.
- Text never sits straight on the photo: it's on a dark panel, and the form on a white card.
One client with its own branding
Open the client → Business app → Branding → Give … its own branding. Fill in only what's different; the rest comes from your business app branding. Switch it off and the client goes back to yours.
Where it shows
In the app itself, the sign-in, invite and password-reset pages, the browser tab and the home-screen icon, and the emails the app sends: invites, password resets, task reminders and "your import is done".
