Add the Booking widget to a site

Put the booking form on a page with the Booking widget — the full step-by-step form or a compact "Get prices" bar for a hero — and choose its services, map, colors and what happens after booking.

Updated October 22, 2026

The Booking widget shows the business's booking form on the site. It takes its colors from the site's theme, works on phones first, and works in Free Layout. Set up the vehicles, prices and payments first in the business app (Calendars → Calendar settings), then switch booking on for the website.

Add it

  1. In the editor, open Add → Business → Booking and drag it onto the page.
  2. Click Manage Booking in the toolbar to choose its settings.

Until Booking is switched on for the site, the widget shows a note in the editor and nothing on the live page.

What customers see

  1. Trip: one way, round trip or by the hour; the pickup and drop-off (with quick picks for airports and hotels), stops, date and time, passengers and bags.
  2. Vehicle: a card for each vehicle with its full price. Vehicles that are too small or booked up say why. The route shows on a map.
  3. Details: name, email, phone, the service's questions, extras, a coupon and the tip.
  4. Review & pay: every price line, what's charged now and after the ride, and the agreement. The customer then enters their card in the payment provider's own secure form.
  5. Confirmed: the booking reference.

Prices are always worked out again on our server, so nobody can change them in their browser.

Settings (Manage Booking)

  • Layout: Full booking form, or Compact "Get prices" bar (pickup, drop-off, date, time and passengers in one row, for a hero section). Set Page with the full booking form for the compact bar; the trip carries over and the prices load straight away. Leave it empty to open the full form in the same place.
  • Title and Subtitle.
  • Services: all services, or only some (for example only airport transfers on an airport page).
  • Show the route on a map.
  • After booking: show a message, or go to a page (for example a thank-you page).

In the Design panel, pick the Accent color (buttons, selected vehicle, prices) and the Corners. The form is always a light card with dark text, so it stays readable on dark or photo backgrounds.
