Your agency settings

Settings is one item in the sidebar. It opens a page with its own grouped menu (Account, Team & clients, Brand & sites, Writing, The Pantheon, Integrations & API), showing only the settings you can change.

Updated October 25, 2026

Click Settings in the sidebar (under Business). It opens a settings page with its own menu on the left, grouped by topic. Click any item to open it; the menu stays put so you can move between settings quickly. On a phone or tablet, the menu is a Settings section list at the top of the page instead.

What's in each group

  • Account
    • Agency: your agency's name, logo, colors and contact details. Owners and admins.
    • Profile: your own name, photo, sign-in email, password and theme. Everyone.
    • Notifications: the weekly Zeus digest email. Owners and admins.
  • Team & clients
    • Team members: invite your team and choose what each person can open. Owners and admins. See Team members and roles.
    • Client onboarding: the form new clients fill in.
    • Prospect tool: prospect reports, booking and your sales page. These two show for anyone who has those tools.
  • Brand & sites
    • Branding: the white-label site builder, the client-domain icon and sharing card. Owners and admins.
    • Olympus: Mount Olympus site builder settings. Owners and admins.
  • Writing
    • ContentForge writing and Blog writing rules: how Zeus writes your clients' pages and blog posts. Owners and admins.
  • The Pantheon (when it's on your plan, for owners and admins)
    • Business app branding: The Pantheon's white-label look for your clients.
    • Business app templates and Business app texting: these need The Pantheon to be open on your plan.
  • Integrations & API
    • Google connection and Integrations (webhooks): owners and admins. See Connect Google.
    • API & MCP: everyone. See API keys.

Billing & credits isn't in Settings: it's its own item in the sidebar under Business.

Who sees what

Owners and admins see every group. Team members see Profile, API & MCP, and Client onboarding and Prospect tool if they have those tools; for them, Settings in the sidebar opens their Profile.

Find a setting fast

Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) and type the setting's name, for example "team", "google" or "api". See Find your way around ContentForge.

Troubleshooting

  • A setting is missing from the menu: only the agency owner or an admin can change it. Ask them.
  • The Pantheon group is missing: The Pantheon isn't on your plan, or you're not an owner or admin.
