These are longer jobs you can hand to your AI assistant in one go or step by step. Each one lists the prompts to use. Change the names to your own. Your connection needs Write for anything that creates or edits, and Publish only where it says so. See Things you can do with MCP for single jobs.
Tip: open the site in the Mount Olympus editor while your assistant works. You'll see each change appear as it happens.
Onboard a new client to a blank site
- Add the client. "Add a new client: Acme Gutters, 512-555-0100, hello@acmegutters.com, 1200 Main St, Austin TX 78701. Services: gutter installation, gutter cleaning, gutter guards. Serves Austin, Round Rock and Cedar Park. Open Mon–Sat 8am–6pm. Brand color #1a5fb4."
- Start the site. "Start a blank website for Acme Gutters." You get a draft site with a Home page, the default header and mobile menu, and the client's Business Info.
- Add the pages. "Add these pages to the menu, in this order: Services, Gutter Installation, Gutter Cleaning, Gutter Guards, About, Contact. Put the three service pages in a Services dropdown. Give each an SEO title and description for Austin."
- Set the look. "Set the theme: primary color #1a5fb4, headings in Montserrat, body text in Open Sans, 8px button corners." Your assistant asks you to agree, because the theme changes every page.
- Build the home page. "On the home page, build a hero with the heading 'Austin's gutter experts', a short line about free quotes and a 'Get a free quote' button to Contact. Under it, a three-column section for the three services, each linking to its page. Then a section with the opening hours and phone number."
- Add photos. "Add these photos to the media library and use them on the service pages: …" (give web addresses).
- Fill the service pages. "Write and build each service page: a heading, two short paragraphs, a list of what's included, and a call button. Use only the facts I gave you."
- Add a popup. "Make a 'Free quote' popup with a contact form that opens after 10 seconds, once per visit."
- Review. "Give me the preview link." Check it in your browser and ask for changes.
- Publish when ready (needs Publish). "Publish Acme Gutters' site." The first publish makes it a hosted site.
Your assistant never designs a whole site in one go, and Create with Zeus isn't available through MCP. If you want Zeus to build the site, use Create with Zeus in ContentForge, then use your assistant for changes.
Monthly client report
- "Pull Smith Roofing's Search Console for the last 30 days compared with the 30 days before: clicks, impressions, average position and top queries."
- "Add GA4 for the same 30 days: sessions, key events and traffic by source."
- "What did the latest map scan show? Compare each keyword's best rank with the previous scan."
- "List the tracked keywords that moved up or down the most."
- "Summarize the latest backlink snapshot, including new and lost referring domains."
- "How many citations are live, in progress, need attention or are missing?"
- "Which Zeus recommendations did we mark executed this month, and which are still open?"
- "Write it all up as a one-page report for the client in plain English: wins first, then what we're working on next."
All of this reads stored data and is free. If the map scan or backlinks are old, you can ask for a fresh one first ("Run a map scan for 'roof repair'"). That costs credits, and your assistant tells you how many before it runs.
Your clients also get the monthly overview email from ContentForge. This workflow is for when you want your own write-up.
Rewrite a services page
- "Show me the Roof Repair page on Smith Roofing's site: every section and its words."
- "What are Smith Roofing's top Search Console queries for roof repair in the last 90 days?"
- "Rewrite the page's words for those searches. Keep the same sections and layout. Keep every fact true to what's on the page now. Show me the new words before you change anything."
- Read it and say what to change. Then: "Go ahead and make the changes."
- "Add an FAQ section above the contact section with the five questions people search most."
- "Update the page's SEO title and description to match."
- Check it in the editor or the preview link. Don't like a part? "Undo the FAQ change."
- When it's right (needs Publish): "Publish just the Roof Repair page."
- "Mark Zeus's recommendation about the Roof Repair page as executed." Zeus then measures the result at 30, 60 and 90 days.
Keyword gaps to blog drafts
- "List Smith Roofing's saved competitors."
- "Run a competitor check on Top Notch Roofing." Your assistant tells you the cost first. Say yes. The gaps are added to the client's competitor gaps.
- "Do keyword research on 'metal roof cost' in Austin, TX, and show the related keywords with the most searches." This costs credits too, and it asks first.
- "From those, pick five blog topics Smith Roofing doesn't cover yet. Check the existing blog posts so we don't repeat one."
- "Write the first one as a blog post draft, about 1,000 words, with the primary keyword set. Add an SEO title and description."
- "Do the same for the other four."
- Review them in Mount Olympus → Blog. Each primary keyword is added to the client's tracked keywords, so you'll see how they rank.
- When they're approved (needs Publish): "Schedule the five posts one a week, Tuesdays at 9am, starting next week."
If the client approves blog posts, send the drafts for approval in ContentForge first. A post the client hasn't approved can't be published.
After a Zeus scan
- "Summon Zeus for Smith Roofing." It tells you the cost first. The scan takes several minutes.
- "How's the Zeus scan going?" Ask again in a few minutes.
- "Show me the new recommendations, highest priority first, with their steps."
- Do the work, with your assistant where it can: "Do step 1 of the top recommendation on the site."
- "Tick step 1 done." When it's all done: "Mark it executed."
