The Zeus page is one place to see and act on everything Zeus does for all your clients. Open it from Zeus in the sidebar, just under Dashboard.
The line under the title sums up the week, for example This week Zeus did 58 things for 12 clients · 6 waiting on you. Owners and admins also see how many credits Zeus's work has used since your plan period started, Content Generator writing included. Click it to open Billing & credits.
The page has four tabs.
Activity
Everything Zeus built or changed, newest first:
- Site edits: changes Zeus made in the site editor, and sites built with Create with Zeus
- Blog posts: posts Zeus wrote for a client's website
- Social: posts Zeus wrote for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Business Profile
- Business Profile: review replies and profile updates Zeus drafted, and Zeus's profile checks
- SEO fixes: Zeus's audits, speed tests, listing checks, backlink reviews and AI search visibility checks
- Ads: Google Ads changes Zeus made and Zeus Ads Reviews
- Reports: Zeus scans, ranking and statistics reviews, and the monthly reports Zeus wrote
Filter by Client, Type, From and To. Click an item (or Open) to go to where it lives, such as the site editor, the client's Social tab or their Zeus tab. Press Show more at the bottom for older items.
Waiting on you
Things Zeus prepared that need your OK. The tab shows how many are waiting.
- Business Profile review replies and profile updates: Approve & post (review replies, when the client's Business Profile is linked) or Discard
- Social posts Zeus wrote: Approve or Skip
- Blog drafts Zeus wrote: Publish (to delete a draft, open it with Review)
- Press releases Zeus wrote: Approve or Skip
- Recommended fixes (new Edicts): Accept (marks it In progress) or Dismiss
Review always opens the item where it lives, so you can read or edit it first.
These buttons do exactly what the same buttons do on the client's own tabs. If the client approves that kind of work, approving here still waits for the client's approval, and you'll see the same message you'd see on the client's tab.
Some items can't be approved from this page. You'll see a note saying why:
- A negative review — read it on the client's Zeus tab before posting: you need to tick that you've read the review first.
- Check the before → after on the client's Zeus tab: a profile update shows exactly what will change on Google before you apply it.
- Copy it into Google from the client's Zeus tab: posting to Google from ContentForge isn't available, so copy the reply into Google yourself.
- The client asked for changes: open the post and make the changes first.
Opportunities
Zeus's open findings for all your clients, ranked by impact: Edicts first, then Decrees, then Omens, each sorted by Zeus's impact score. Each one shows Zeus's first step.
- Do it opens the place in ContentForge that does that step, such as the Content Generator or the client's Citations tab. It doesn't show when the step is done outside ContentForge.
- Review opens the finding on the client's Zeus tab.
- Dismiss removes it from the list.
Filter by Client and Level.
Weekly digest
Your weekly Zeus digest, the same findings as the email. Pick a past week from Week. If you haven't been sent a digest yet, you'll see the last 7 days as the digest would read now. To also get it by email, turn it on in Settings → Notifications (see Weekly Zeus digest).
A finding that was dismissed or marked done before that week's digest was sent is left out, just like in the email.
Who can use it
Agency owners and admins see every client. A team member sees it only when the Zeus tool is on for them, and only for the clients they're assigned to (see Team members and roles). Only owners and admins see credits. Clients never see this page.
Credits
The page itself is free. The credits shown are for Zeus's work: scans, editor changes and page builds after your included messages, Create with Zeus, site and design imports, translations, Zeus images and custom widgets.
Limits and what it can't do
- It shows what Zeus did. Work your team did by hand isn't listed (see Work done).
- A draft Zeus is still writing shows up once it's ready.
- Business Profile post drafts are listed under Social posts, not Business Profile.
Troubleshooting
- The Zeus page isn't in the sidebar: the Zeus tool is switched off for you. Ask an owner or admin.
- "Zeus is switched off for you": same as above.
- A client is missing from the Client list: you're not assigned to that client.
- Approve says the client needs to approve it first: the client approves that kind of work. Send it for approval from the client's tab, or approve it for the client there.
- "Couldn't load…": refresh the page and try again.
