Text & Image puts a photo beside your text, and the text flows around it and continues underneath. Copyright shows "© 2026" plus a line such as "All Rights Reserved | Your Business", and the year changes by itself every January.
Spacing and Animations & Effects work the same on every widget. See Widget design panel basics and Animations and effects. The font, size, color and alignment controls (the "text style" group) are explained there too.
How to add one
- Open the editor and click Add.
- Under Basic, drag Text & Image or Copyright onto the page.
- Click Edit Text & Image or Edit Copyright in the toolbar to change the content. Open Design for the look.
Text & Image
Edit Text & Image
The window is called Text & Image ("Display an image with wrapped text.").
- Image position: Left or Right. Default Left.
- + Select image (or Replace image): pick a photo from the site's media or upload one. If the photo already has alt text in the media library, it's filled in for you.
- Alt text: describe the image for screen readers and search engines.
- Link the image (optional): click + Add link to make the photo clickable (a page, web address, phone, popup and more). Remove link takes it off. See Link picker.
- Text: a rich-text box for as many paragraphs as you like, with bold, italic, links and lists.
- Click Save.
Image
- Image width: 40–800px, per screen size. Default 240px on desktop and 140px on phones.
- Image position from top: pushes the photo down from the top of the text, 0–200px, per screen size. Default 0.
- Corners: rounds the photo's corners, 0–40px.
- Image border: 0–10px. Border color shows once it's above 0.
Text Style
- The text style group: Font, Size (8–40px, per screen size; default 17px), Text color (solid or gradient), Format (Bold, Italic), Alignment (Left, Center, Right, per screen size) and Text shadow.
- Justify text: lines up both edges of the text. On by default.
Frame
The box around the whole widget.
- Background: a color behind the text and photo. Off by default.
- Frame border: 0–10px. Border color shows once it's above 0.
- Padding: space inside the frame, 0–64px.
Spacing, Animations & Effects
Margin, plus Entrance and Scroll animations.
Copyright
Edit Copyright
The window is called Copyright.
- Description: the words after the © and year. Default "All Rights Reserved | {business}".
- Type {business} anywhere in the text to show the business name from Business Info. If the name is empty, it shows "Company Name". This lets one footer work on every site you build from a template.
- {year} also works if you want the year somewhere inside the text as well.
- Put © and year after the description: moves "© 2026" to the end. Off by default, so the © and year come first.
- Click Save.
The year is always the current year. You never need to edit it in January.
Text Style
The text style group: Font, Size (8–40px, per screen size; default 14px), Text color, Format, Alignment (default Left) and Text shadow.
Spacing, Animations & Effects
Margin, plus Entrance and Scroll animations.
Examples
- About-us intro: Text & Image with the owner's photo on the Left, Image width 280, Corners 12, and two short paragraphs that wrap around it.
- Service detail on a dynamic page template: Text & Image with a framed look: light Background, Frame border 1px and Padding 24.
- Agency template footer: Copyright with "All Rights Reserved | {business} | Website by Your Agency". Every site built from the template shows its own business name.
- Year at the end: "{business}. All rights reserved" with Put © and year after the description on, which reads "Acme Roofing. All rights reserved © 2026".
Limits and what it can't do
- Text & Image holds one image. For several photos with text, use the List or Tabs widget.
- The image always sits at the top-left or top-right of the text; it can't sit in the middle of the paragraphs.
- Neither widget can be connected to collection data with Connect to Data.
- The Copyright year is always the current year, shown once. It can't show a range like "2015–2026" on its own.
- {business} reads the business name from Business Info. To change it, edit Business Info (see Business Info and Business Text).
Who can use it
Anyone with the Mount Olympus tool on the agency team. Client people need Editor to add, move or style these widgets, or Widget content to change the text, image and copyright line.
Troubleshooting
- The copyright shows "Company Name": the business name in Business Info is empty. Fill it in and the widget updates.
- The copyright shows the word {business}: check the spelling, including the curly brackets. Capitals don't matter.
- The text doesn't wrap around the photo on phones: the photo is too wide for the screen. Switch to Mobile and lower Image width.
- The text has big gaps between words: turn off Justify text. Justified text spreads words out on short lines.
- The photo starts higher than the first line of text: raise Image position from top.
- The text is hard to read on the frame background: change Text color or the frame Background so they contrast clearly.
