Loading screens, long jobs, confirmations and messages

What you see while a page loads, while a long job like a Zeus build or an audit runs (with a Greek mythology fact), when ContentForge asks you to confirm something, and the short messages in the bottom corner.

Updated October 25, 2026

ContentForge, Mount Olympus, the business app and the client portal all show waiting, confirming and messages the same way.

While a page or list loads

You see soft gray shapes where the content will appear: rows for a list, a table outline for a table, cards for a grid of sites. They're replaced by the real content as soon as it arrives, so nothing jumps around.

When a list is refreshing (you changed a filter, or switched channels in Agora), what you were looking at stays on screen with a thin moving line at the top until the new content is ready.

Long jobs and "Did you know?"

Anything that usually takes longer than a few seconds shows its real progress first: a progress bar, the steps as they finish (for example Optimizing images (4 of 12)), or a count. Under it, a Did you know? · Greek mythology card shows a new fact every few seconds.

You'll see this for Zeus site builds and edits, site imports, publishing, audits, reports and PDF exports, content and image generation, research tools, campaign builds and big uploads.

If a job is often quick, the fact card waits about 2 seconds before it appears, so it never flashes up for a job that's already done. Short loads like opening a page never show facts.

Confirming an action

When you delete something or do something that can't be undone, a box in the middle of the screen asks first. It says what will happen in one line. The button names the action, for example Delete site or Delete keyword. Red buttons are for actions that remove things.

  • Cancel, Esc or a click outside the box closes it without doing anything.
  • For big deletes, for example many photos at once, type the word shown (like delete) before the button turns on.
  • When the action runs inside the box, the button shows it's working. If it fails, the reason shows in the box so you can try again.

When you close the box, the cursor goes back to where you were.

Messages in the corner

Short messages appear at the bottom right: green check for done (Saved), blue for information, amber for a warning and red when something didn't work, with the reason. Some have a button, like Undo or Try again.

They close by themselves after a few seconds (errors stay longer). Point at one to keep it open, or click × to close it.

Your agency's colors in the client portal

In the client portal and on onboarding and prospect pages, buttons, badges, maps and charts use your agency color. When the color is light, like yellow or lime, the text on it is dark so it stays readable. When it's dark, the text is white. A text color you picked yourself is always used as you picked it.
