Your dashboard

What needs you today — attention items with a link to each fix, client health (Healthy / Watch / Slipping), this month's work, websites, what's coming up and your account.

Updated October 15, 2026

The dashboard is the first thing you see after signing in. It's built to answer one question: what needs you today? Nothing on it lists every client, so it stays quick and readable whether you have 5 clients or 200.

The top of the page

  • Title: your agency logo (the light-background logo in Light Mode, the dark-background logo in Dark Mode), or your agency name if you have no logo.
  • Under the title: today's date in your billing time zone, then "N things need you." or "Nothing needs you right now."
  • Usage opens the tool counters (see Usage below). Clients opens your Clients list.

The bell at the top of the menu (top right on a phone) shows what just happened, like a client approving a post, new photos or a new lead, with a red unread count. Needs your attention below shows what is still waiting on you. Its Notifications link opens the bell, and the bell's See what still needs your attention link brings you back here. See Notifications (the bell).

Needs your attention

Things waiting on you, grouped by type, most urgent first:

  1. Payment failed: a payment for your account didn't go through (Owners and Admins).
  2. Domain problems: a live site's domain stopped loading, a security certificate is stuck, or DNS was never connected.
  3. Zeus Edicts: Zeus's most important findings that are new since you last opened that client's Zeus. Opening it marks them seen (for you; each team member has their own). If you've never opened it, Edicts from the last 14 days count.
  4. Ads reviews to approve: open Zeus Ads Review findings.
  5. Google needs reconnecting: Google stopped accepting a connection.
  6. Site comments awaiting reply: open comments where the client spoke last.
  7. New form submissions: leads from your clients' sites in the last 7 days.
  8. Press releases to act on: a client approved a release and it hasn't gone out yet, a client asked for changes (you see their note), news sites picked a release up in the last 7 days, or a distribution was refunded in the last 7 days. Click one to open the release on the client's Press Releases. Opening it clears the pickup and refund lines.
  9. Social posts to act on: a client approved a post and it isn't scheduled or posted yet, a client asked for changes, or a post was scheduled for today or earlier and isn't marked posted. Click one to open the post on the client's Social.
  10. New client photos: photos a client sent since you last opened Client → Media.
  11. Onboarding forms to review: onboarding forms nobody has marked reviewed. Click the check next to one (Mark reviewed), or open the client: Details shows " filled in the onboarding form on " with a Mark reviewed button. Marking it reviewed also marks its notification read in the bell, and marking the notification read clears it here too.
  12. Client invites expiring: portal invites that run out within 3 days, or ran out in the last week.
  13. Sites with unpublished changes: live sites with edits that aren't published.

Press releases and social posts drop off on their own once you act: send or approve the release, reply to the change request, schedule the post or mark it posted. Team members need the Clients tool to see them, and only see their own clients.

Zeus Decrees aren't a group here. They stay on each client's Zeus, and a quiet line under the section ("15 Decrees across clients") opens the Clients list filtered to the clients that have them.

Each group shows its count, its top 3 items (client, what happened, when) and View all. View all opens the Clients list filtered to that kind of item, or goes straight to the client when they're all for one client. Click an item to go straight to where you fix it, for example the client's Zeus, the site's comments in the editor or the domain settings.

You clear most items by fixing them, not by dismissing them. The only item with its own check button is an onboarding form (Mark reviewed). When nothing is waiting you'll see "Nothing needs you right now" and "New Edicts, client messages, uploads and site problems will show up here."

Client health

Every active client is Healthy, Watch or Slipping. Click a count to open your Clients list filtered to that group (the Clients page also has an All / Healthy / Watch / Slipping filter). Below the counts are up to 5 of the most slipping clients, with the reasons in plain words.

How it's worked out: each client gets points from five checks.

  • Rankings: their tracked keywords' average Google position at the latest check compared with the check before. 3 or more places worse = 2 points. 1 to 3 places worse = 1 point.
  • Leads: website form submissions in the last 30 days compared with the 30 days before (only when the earlier month had at least 3). Down by half or more = 2 points. Down by a quarter or more = 1 point.
  • Edicts: Zeus Edicts left waiting, meaning created 14 or more days ago and still not acted on (not marked in progress, done or dismissed). 3 or more = 2 points. 1 or 2 = 1 point. New Edicts don't count here; they show in Needs your attention instead.
  • Website: a live site that's down = 2 points. A site that has never been published doesn't count.
  • Zeus: no Zeus run in 45 days or more = 1 point. New clients get 45 days before this counts.

0 points is Healthy. Slipping means at least two real problems: 2 or more points coming from two different checks. Anything else is Watch, so one problem on its own (even a site that's down) is Watch. Missing data (no tracked keywords, no forms, no site) never counts against a client.

This month's work

Counts of the work done for your clients this month by type: Zeus's checks (map rankings, keyword rankings, statistics reviews and more), published blog posts, and items your team added by hand. Below them are the 8 most recent items. Click an item to open that client.

Websites

How many sites are Live and how many are Draft (click either to open the Websites list filtered that way), the 5 most recently published sites, and what's in progress: Zeus builds, site imports and domains still being set up.

Coming up

The next 7 days: scheduled blog posts, monthly overview emails going out to clients, Zeus's next monthly scans, and trials or client invites running out. Each list shows up to 5, with View all when there are more.

Your account

Owners and Admins see the plan, credits used this month out of the plan's monthly credits, Zeus builder messages left, the number of hosted sites and the next billing date. There are no revenue figures on the dashboard. Billing & credits opens the full billing page.

Usage

Usage (the button at the top of the dashboard, or Usage in Your account) shows how often each tool has been run by your whole team.

  • Rows: Content Generation, GBP Optimizations, SEO Audits, Map Scans, Keyword Research, Competitor Analysis, Image Generation and Zeus, then a Total row. Each tool name except Zeus links to that tool's Past tab.
  • Columns: Today, This week, This month, Last month and All time. Days and months follow UTC, and the week starts on Sunday.
  • The numbers are for the whole agency, not per person, and everyone who can open the dashboard sees the same numbers.
  • Deleting history doesn't change these numbers.
  • Usage counts runs, not credits. Credit history (top right) opens Billing & credits, where every credit charge is listed.

Team members

Everyone sees the same dashboard, narrowed to what they can reach. Team members only see the parts for the tools they've been given (for example, Zeus findings need Zeus), and never Your account or payment problems. Owners and Admins see every client. A Member limited to some clients (Settings → Team Members → Clients) only sees those clients in every section, count and filter.

  • Zeus Edicts and Zeus work need the Zeus tool.
  • Websites and site items need the Mount Olympus tool.
  • Client items (photos, onboarding forms, invites, press, social) need the Clients tool.

Examples

  • Monday morning: open the dashboard, work down Needs your attention from the top (payment and domain problems first), then check Most slipping for clients who need a call.
  • Before a client call: click Slipping under Client health to see every slipping client and why.
  • Month-end: open Usage and read This month against Last month to see how much work the team ran.

Limits and what it can't do

  • Each attention group shows 3 items; View all has the rest.
  • Most slipping shows up to 5 clients; This month's work shows the 8 latest items; Coming up shows up to 5 per list.
  • There are no revenue figures on the dashboard.
  • You can't hide sections or reorder them.
  • Zeus Decrees aren't listed here; they stay on each client's Zeus.

Who can use it

Everyone in the agency. Owners and Admins see every client and the Your account panel. Members see only their tools and clients, and never Your account or payment problems.

Troubleshooting

  • "Your account isn't linked to an agency yet.": your login isn't part of an agency. If you were invited, use the link in the invite email (see How to accept a team invite). Otherwise contact support.
  • The dashboard keeps opening Setup with Zeus: setup isn't finished. Click I'll finish later or skip the remaining steps. See Getting started with ContentForge.
  • An item won't go away: fix the underlying thing (reply to the comment, publish the site, reconnect Google). Edicts clear once you open that client's Zeus.
  • I can't see Your account: it's for Owners and Admins only.
  • A team member says the dashboard is empty: they may not have the Zeus, Mount Olympus or Clients tools, or may be limited to clients with nothing waiting. Check Settings → Team Members.
  • Usage numbers don't match my credits: Usage counts runs; credits are on Billing & credits under credit history.
