Getting started with ContentForge
Start your 14-day free trial, let Zeus walk you through setup (brand, Google, first client, first site), and find your way around the sidebar.
How to sign in and reset your password
Sign in to ContentForge, reset a forgotten password with a one-hour link, choose a new password that meets the rules, and fix common sign-in errors.
Your dashboard
What needs you today — attention items with a link to each fix, client health (Healthy / Watch / Slipping), this month's work, websites, what's coming up and your account.
How to set up your agency profile
Add your agency's name, tagline, logo, brand colors and contact details on Settings → Profile, and change your own sign-in email, password and Light or Dark Mode.
How to use Zeus chat
Ask Zeus about your clients' data, get how-to answers and links, and have him run audits, map scans and content for you with a Confirm click.
Notifications (the bell)
The bell at the top of the menu shows what just happened (client approvals, uploads, new leads, domain and billing news) with an unread count. Click one to open the exact item.
How to get help and contact support
Click Help in the menu to search the knowledge base or open a support ticket, click Contact support on any error to send it to us with a screenshot, or ask Zeus — you get a ticket number by email.
How to accept a team invite and sign in for the first time
Your agency invited you to ContentForge. Open the invite email, choose your password and you're signed in. What to do if the link expired or never arrived.
