How to find past content and other past runs

Each tool keeps its past runs on a Past tab at the top of its page. Find, reopen, copy, download, send or delete anything Zeus has written, and find past images, GBP optimizations, audits, map scans, keyword searches and competitor reports.

Everything you generate is saved. Each tool page has two tabs at the top: one to run the tool and a Past tab with everything already run, so you can go back to past work without paying to run it again. (The old History menu in the sidebar is gone; its links now open these tabs.)

Past content

Open the Content Generator and click Past content. It lists every blog article, page, content strategy, press release and social post, newest first.

  1. Narrow the list with Business Name (All Businesses), Content Type (All Types) and Date Range. "Showing N of M items" tells you how many match. Reset Filters clears them.
  2. Click View Content to open an item. From there you can Copy it, Download it (content strategies download as a PDF) or download its hero image.
  3. Blog articles, service pages, service area pages and landing pages also have Send to Website. See How to send generated content to a website.
  4. Everything except content strategies and complete websites has Make social posts, which turns it into a social pack for the client's networks. See Social posts.
  5. Click Load More at the bottom to see older items. It shows how many are left.

The trash button deletes an item for good. You're asked "Are you sure you want to delete this content? This action cannot be undone." first. Deleting it here doesn't remove anything you already sent to a website.

The other Past tabs

  • Image Generation → Past images: every image Zeus created, with search, filters and download. See How to create images with Zeus.
  • GBP Optimizer → Past runs: past Google Business Profile Optimizer runs.
  • Local SEO Audit → Past audits: past local SEO audits.
  • Local Map Ranking → Past scans: past local map ranking scans.
  • Keyword Forge → Past searches: past keyword research.
  • Competitor Analysis → Past analyses: past competitor reports.

Examples

  • Reuse last month's blog post: Past content → Content Type Blog Article → View Content → Copy, to paste into a newsletter.
  • Post an old article on social: find it in Past content and click Make social posts.
  • Send a page you wrote earlier: find the service page, click Send to Website and pick the site.

Limits and what it can't do

  • Deleting is permanent. There's no undo or bin.
  • Filters only cover business, type and date. Use the Past images search to find images by description.
  • Edits you make on a website don't flow back into Past content. It keeps what Zeus wrote.

Credits

Opening, copying, downloading, sending and deleting are free. You only pay again if you run the tool again.

Who can use it

A Past tab comes with its tool: if you can use the tool, you can see its past runs (for example the Content Generator tool for Past content). Ask your agency owner if a tool is missing from your sidebar.

Past runs are shared across your agency, so teammates see each other's work. A team member limited to some clients sees only those clients' runs, plus runs for businesses that aren't clients (prospects).

Troubleshooting

  • "No content yet": nothing has been generated with this tool yet, or you can't see the clients it was made for.
  • "No matching content": your filters hide everything. Click Reset Filters.
  • "Failed to delete content": refresh and try again.
  • "Failed to download PDF: …": the strategy couldn't be turned into a PDF. Try again, or use Copy.
  • An item I made is missing: check the Date Range and Business Name filters, and click Load More. If a teammate deleted it, it's gone for good.
