Zeus works in the business app for your agency's people, and for client people you give Use Zeus (paid from their own Zeus credits, or by you under "You pay" — see Client Zeus credits). Client people see your Zeus name and picture if you renamed him in Settings → Branding, their credits under the chat, and Buy credits or Ask for more when they run out.
Ask Zeus
Open Zeus with the lightning button in the top bar, or press ⌘K (Ctrl K on Windows) and type what you want: the first row is Ask Zeus: "…". Zeus opens on the right, working on the business you're in.
Ask in plain words, for example:
- "Create a 20% discount email and send it to past buyers"
- "Text everyone tagged Hail 2025 about free storm check-ups"
- "Put the 12 new leads from this week into New lead follow-up, and turn on the review request automation"
Zeus looks things up (contacts, tags, saved lists, automations, campaigns), makes drafts and shows them as cards with Open it. He uses the client's brand voice for anything he writes.
Nothing goes out without your click
Sending a campaign, scheduling one, adding people to an automation and switching an automation on always show a Confirm card first: what will happen, to how many people, and the cost. Only your click on Confirm does it (once); Cancel does nothing. The card then shows "Confirmed by at ". Text written by other people (contact names, notes, messages) can never make Zeus do any of these.
Write with Zeus
In a campaign's Content step, a text campaign, or a saved email, press Write with Zeus, say what it's about, and pick the tone and length. For an email Zeus writes 3 subject lines (the other two show under the subject to pick from), the preview text and the email; for a text, the text (as short as it can be). It replaces what's there; Undo brings it back. Prices, discounts and dates come only from what you wrote in the brief.
What it costs
- Chat answers: free (up to 60 messages an hour each).
- Zeus writes a campaign: 1 credit per email or text, each rewrite 1.
- Zeus drafts an automation: 3 credits (all its emails and texts included); each change you ask for 1. See Draft an automation with Zeus.
Your agency's credits pay, and the Credit history names the client. If Zeus can't finish, the credits are given back. Sending emails and texts is paid from the usage balance as usual, never credits.
On the phone
The Business Hub app has Zeus under More: the same chat and Confirm cards, and Write with Zeus on a new text or email.
