Draft an automation with Zeus

Say what an automation should do in a sentence and Zeus drafts the triggers, steps, waits, emails and texts. You check it in plain words, see what Zeus assumed, ask for changes, and switch it on yourself.

Updated October 26, 2026

In Automations → New automation, the Draft it with Zeus box takes a sentence like "Follow up new leads for 2 weeks. Text them right away, then emails. Stop if they book." (or pick a suggestion). Draft it costs 3 credits, all its emails and texts included.

Zeus uses only this business's own tags, lists, team, saved emails and senders, and his draft passes the same checks as the builder before you see it. It's saved off: nothing turns on until you switch it on.

The review page

  • What it does, in plain words: when it starts, every step with the words of its emails and texts, the waits, and when people leave early.
  • Zeus assumed…: every choice he made that you didn't say (who counts as a new lead, who gets call-back tasks, the sender, the wording). Check these first.
  • Ask Zeus to change…: say what to change ("make the second email shorter") — 1 credit each. Earlier changes are listed.
  • Open in the builder to change anything by hand; Keep as a draft; or Throw it away.

When it looks right, switch it on in the top bar. Once it's been switched on, Zeus doesn't change it any more; use the builder.

If Zeus can't draft it, nothing is charged.
