Campaign results and resending to people who didn't open

How a campaign did (delivered, opened, clicked per link, replies, bounced, unsubscribed, spam) and the people behind every number: save them as a list, add them to an automation, or resend to people who didn't open.

Updated October 26, 2026

Open a campaign's Results from Campaigns. The top line says when it went, in how many batches, to how many people, from which address, and who sent it.

The numbers

  • Delivered: accepted by the person's inbox.
  • Opened: an estimate. Some email apps (like Apple Mail) open every email by themselves, and some block the check, so a few people count as opened who didn't read it, and a few who did aren't counted.
  • Clicked: people who clicked at least one link. Exact.
  • Replies: people who replied. Their replies are in Conversations.
  • Bounced: the address didn't accept it (it goes on your do-not-email list).
  • Unsubscribed and Marked as spam.

Each person counts once in each number, however many times they open or click.

The people behind each number

Press any number to open the list of people behind it, with when it happened. Clicked can be narrowed to one link and shows which links each person clicked and how often. Search by name or email. Then:

  • Download CSV;
  • Save as a fixed list: the people become a Fixed list you can send another campaign to;
  • Add them to an automation.

Link clicks and batches

Link clicks lists every link in the email with its total clicks and how many people clicked it; each one opens the people who did. Batches shows when each batch went. A line underneath says how many people were skipped when it started, and why (for example people who unsubscribed after you wrote it, or were set to Do not email).

Resend to people who didn't open

Resend to people who didn't open makes a new draft with the same email for the people who got it and haven't opened it. People who unsubscribed, bounced or marked it as spam are left out, and so is anyone who clicked.

  • It's grayed out until 24 hours after the campaign finished (the button shows when it becomes available), so people have time to open the first one.
  • You can resend once per campaign. Afterwards the button opens that resend.
  • You can give it a new subject: a new subject often gets more opens.
  • The draft is a normal campaign: check it, then send or schedule it.

Because opens are an estimate, a few people who didn't read it count as opened and won't get it again.

Text campaigns

A text campaign's results show Delivered, Failed, Opted out and Replied (with how many said YES), the Replies list (each person's first reply, with Open in Conversations), the number it went from and what it cost. There's no resend for texts. See Text campaigns.
