Store → Inventory lists every tracked variant with its stock at each location, what's held in carts and orders, and what's coming in.
- Low or sold out shows only the variants below the store's low-stock level (Settings → Store → Basics) or sold out.
- Adjust a row: pick the location, type a change (+12) or the new count (13), and a reason. The history shows every change, who made it and every sale.
- Receive a delivery and Count stock change many variants at once.
- If two people change the same stock at once, the second is asked to check the new count.
Held stock
When a shopper presses Pay, their items are held for 20 minutes so two people can't buy the last one. A hold that isn't paid for is released by itself.
Back in stock
When a sold-out variant gets stock again, everyone who asked to be told is emailed (the Back in stock automation template).
Locations
Settings → Shipping → Setup → Ship-from locations: each location has its own address (used on labels), stock, and optionally local pickup with its hours and instructions. Orders ship from the first location that has everything.
