Store → Products → Add product opens the product editor.
The basics
- Title and Description (bold, italic, lists, links). Write with Zeus · 1 credit drafts the description in the business's brand voice from what's already on the product.
- Photos come from the site's media library. The first photo is the main one; each variant can have its own.
Options and variants
Edit options adds up to three options (for example Fit and Size) and their values. Every mix is a variant with its own price, compare-at price, SKU, weight and stock. Untick a combination you don't sell (for example Youth XXL).
- Track stock counts stock per location; Keep selling when sold out allows backorders.
- Stock typed into the grid is saved as a count in the stock history.
Shipping and customs
- Weight and size are used to pick boxes and get shipping prices. A product without a weight shows Add a weight.
- Customs (for orders abroad): a plain description, the HS code (Zeus can suggest one for free; you're responsible for the code), the country of origin and the customs value. Until there's an HS code and a country of origin, the product shows Add customs details.
Status and sites
- Sell online puts the product in the store. Off, it's an invoice-only item.
- Draft / Active / Archived: only Active products show on sites.
- Sites: which of the business's sites sell it.
One list with invoices
Payments → Products & services shows the same products. Any product, sold online or not, can go on an invoice. Turning Sell online on there opens it in the Store.
