Order emails

The free emails customers get about their order, sent as the business: confirmation, shipped, out for delivery, delivered, delivery problem, ready for pickup, refund, canceled.

Settings → Store → Order emails switches each one on or off. They're free and go from the business's own email address in its email look, never naming us or the shipping service.

Order confirmation: the items, totals and how they paid, with a link to the order's status page. If they ticked "Create an account", it has a Set up your account link (7 days).
Shipped, with tracking, Out for delivery, Delivered, Delivery problem.
Ready for pickup with the address, hours and instructions.
Refund and Order canceled.

Each one is sent once, even if the order is updated twice. Resend one from the order (More → Resend an email).

Orders: ship, pickups and tracking

Find orders to ship, mark them shipped with a tracking number, run pickups, and keep customers updated by email.

Abandoned carts, back in stock and other store automations

Store triggers and the five built-in templates: abandoned cart, back in stock, thank you after delivery, win back lapsed buyers, first-order welcome.

Set up your store

Turn the store on for a site, add a stock location and shipping, and choose how tax is added.
