Settings → Notification defaults (owners and managers) is the same grid as My notifications, but it sets the business's defaults: what everyone gets unless they choose otherwise.
- Each person's own choices are kept only where they differ from the default. Change a default and everyone who hasn't touched that row follows it. Someone who chose the same as the default follows future changes too.
- Quiet hours and the daily summary can be switched on here for everyone (both are off as shipped). Each person still picks their own time zone.
- The bell for Message from an automation, An automation needs attention and Sending problems can't be switched off.
A team member's choices
Settings → Team → Notifications on a person (who signs in) opens their own grid. Change it for them, for example to stop emails for a driver. They get a notification saying who changed it, and the change is recorded. Reset to business defaults clears their own choices.
