Free and chargeable
- Free: booking emails, and form-submission notifications (to the business and the form's auto-reply).
- Chargeable: automation emails, campaigns and one-to-one emails sent from the business app.
Chargeable emails are paid from your agency's usage balance, like texts, calls and Assistant replies. Tests are never charged, and a retried email is never counted twice.

Where to see it
Billing & credits → Usage shows emails with every other usage type, per client, with a CSV.
